Use this checklist to evaluate aspects that automated tools can't fully check. Tick each item after verifying.

Keyboard Navigation

Can you navigate to all interactive elements using only the Tab key?

Is the focus order logical and intuitive?

Is there a visible focus indicator on every interactive element?

Can you navigate dropdowns, sliders, and other complex widgets with arrow keys?

Forms

Does every form field have a visible <label>?

Are error messages clearly associated with the field and easy to understand?

Can you complete and submit the form using only the keyboard?

Are instructions and hints provided for complex inputs?

Multimedia

Do videos have accurate captions (not auto‑generated)?

Is there a transcript for audio content?

Do media players have accessible controls?

Links & Buttons

Do all links have meaningful text (e.g., not "click here")?

Are buttons clearly distinguishable from links?

Do adjacent links perform the same action? (avoid duplicates)

Visual & Layout

Is the page readable when zoomed to 200%?

Does the page have a responsive layout that works on mobile?

Are there any colour combinations that cause vibration or strain?
